Well, we made it to Dunbar ahead of schedule. Pretty uneventful day really. Stopped for tea and cake at Portobello and for an ice cream at North Berwick. We had to press on a bit as the rain seemed to catch us up every time we stopped.
The roads were pretty quiet apart from in North Berwick where the highland games were taking place and getting through Edinburgh was a bit dicey. Terrible traffic there and no space at all from the buses.

A good day though and eased us in nicely for the tough days ahead. Hotel is a bit dingy and has a shower curtain

Heading out to see what Dunbar has to offer on a Saturday night. Wish us luck!!
