The training route

This is the regular training route I’ll be using. It’s 17 miles out and back with a 5 or 7 mile loop that can be repeated as required. It’s a decent route with varied terrain and a couple of tough little climbs. I hope to be doing this 2 or 3 times a week with an average speed of 15mph. I definitely need to get myself a good cycle computer!
